I need HELP with my new website on traffic/ advertising

Someone help I am new to website building. I recently launched a website called www.westkysingles.com and cant figure out how to get a lot of traffic and memberships to my site without spending a lot of money. This is a local dating site so should i just put up flyers or something, or advertise on the internet?

Help would be greatly appreciated
