my computer is infected. My mcafee shows that the trojan viruses that were attmpting to?

to access have been repaired and removed. but they’re named generic.downloader.s and downloader.gen.a. BUt i continue to get these internet explorer advertising popups. ANd others that say my pc is ifected and need to download antivirus/scan ….My pc is fustratingly slow. HELP PLEASE>>>>>
